A holistic approach to nurturing the client is one of the unique aspects of this rewarding industry . Charita as a hair care specialist focuses on the physical,psychological, and the emotional needs of the client. Her holistic approach integrates all these factors into a program designed for the client’s complete well-being. Charita is able to understand the external and the internal stresses that affect the client’s total well-being. With this approach , Charita views the beauty and health of the client as being equally important . As hair care stylist she will never endanger the client’s hair in order to create a fashionable style. As hair care specialist’s her view is that it is better to prevent than to cure. Avoiding harsh chemicals, abusive tools,and excessive styling practices are preventative measures in keeping hair healthy. Charita is acutely aware that an attractive client is a healthy client. The whole person is equal to the sum of his/her parts and, is a result, a healthy client will have healthy hair . Your inner health is reflected in your hair . Good nutrition ,exercise to maintain good circulation,and a peaceful or stress-free emotional state of mind are the components to healthy hair . We do not live in a vacuum. Therefore ,our environment affects our hair . Poor air and water quality , lack of vitamin D (from the sun), and stressful work or home environments are some of the external pressures that effect the hair and causes hair loss. With the holistic approach , Charita is aware of these interrelated factors and is capable of educating clients , raising client consciousness , and reconnecting them to their natural hair . And so with the hair care salon, Charita offers a more quiet , relaxed, spa like environment ,and inspiring or invigorating colors .
